Body builder is not only made in the gym, sport activities and eat supplement. Ask to any health expert that formed a great body in the gym is only 30% while 70% from our food consumption. You are what you eat you are depends on how much you eat and when you eat!

Therefore, there will be 2 things to shape of our bodies.  The amount of calories IN more than calories OUT means that you change the calories into fat. The amount of calories OUT more than calories IN means that you will burn fat. How do I release calories? Well basically anything you do will release calories even when you sleep you’ll burn calories, that’s fact.

I mean fasting time is 16 hours, 18 hours and 20 hours (time not eat).  That mean you should not eat anything like your usual meal for 8, 6 or 4 hours a day (without breakfast at least 3 hours after you wake up).  So if used 8 hours means you start eating at 12 pm to 8 pm at night. If you use 4 hours means that if you start to eat at 2 pm then you can eat up to at 6 pm (iftar do not be greedy).


This is the second. Sound scary, isn’t it? This means you only eat once a day. Any hour, eat anything as much as anything. (Remember do not be greedy when breaking fast, free drink at any time as long as no-calories). For example, just eat it only once in Wednesday until the following day at 3 pm Thursday again, eg. 4 hours then please eat at Thursday from 3 pm to 7 pm on that day. It’s a 24-hour fasting. What if you have any stomach ulcers? drink liquid ulcer drug 3 times then your stomach ulcer will follow your pattern. Remember, most stomach ulcers caused by the mind, if your mind agree, it will be okay.


Combine those two things then you will shape your body in short time! even no effort your body will turn into a natural fat-burning machine.

How to do it?

This is an example of a program that you can do

  1. The first week trying to 6 hours meal time
  2. The second week enter into 4 hours meal time
  3. The third week enter into 24-hours pattern of fasting once a week with 4 hours meal time
  4. The fourth week and next use patterns of 24-hours fasting 2 times a week by 6 hours or 4 hours meal time a day.

Remember that it is very flexible, THATS HOW GREAT IS THIS THING!

Without having explained you already know that the best diet is 4 hours with 2 or 3 times of fasting 24 hours a week.
