Celery is a green vegetable that is low in calories. Celery contains about 16 calories per 100 grams. Besides being used as a food supplement celery can also be used as a medicinal plant. Celery contains vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B1,potassium, minerals and iron.

Some of the benefits of celery leaves that can treat high blood pressure, preventing the formation of stones in the gallbladder, calms the nervous system, restore the lost appetite, prevent stomach cancer etc. Celery wider benefits are as follows:

1. Treating arthritis
